Emanuela is a dynamic and detail-oriented entrepreneur committed to integrating clinical evidence with technological applications to foster mental well-being. After several years in research and academia, she joined a mature neurotech company, where she optimized the company’s products while meeting key regulatory requirements and achieving clinical validation. She honed her leadership capabilities by managing cross-functional teams and conducting comprehensive market analyses to drive strategic decision-making. She has extensive experience in managing multi-point clinical trials. Additionally, she brings 15 years of expertise as a clinical psychologist and neurotherapist in the field of brain aging.

Vincenzo is keen to provide effective and affordable digital therapeutic solutions for neurocognitive disorders. He is methodical and persistent, highly skilled in coordinating projects and carrying out tasks with timeliness and creativity. Since the setup of Aequilibria in 2020, he supervised and managed the overall activities for the Company’s products. Previously, he served as CSO in a healthtech Company supporting the development of a ground-breaking wearable device. He is specialized in attention and executive functions of the brain, formerly being Adjunct Professor in Neurophysiology. He has hands-on experience in the design and deployment of digital health tools, and he is the Co-owner of several US patents.
