End User License Agreement (EULA) for Frequentia

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Frequentia mobile application (“App”) developed by Aequilibria Health. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

• Aequilibria Health grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not sublicense, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App without our explicit consent.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users of this app are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

– Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the app.

– Unauthorized access to any part of the app’s codebase.

– Any action that compromises the security, integrity, or intellectual property of the app.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to this app, including but not limited to source code, design, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by Aequilibria Health. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• Copy, reproduce, or modify the App except as expressly permitted.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary information.

5. Privacy

• By using the App, you agree to our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate any terms outlined in this Agreement.
• Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and cease all use.

7. Enforcement:

Violation of these terms may result in legal action and termination of app access.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malta.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
